What Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: Contact details: name, email address, phone number Account and application details: information submitted through our intake form or screening questionnaire Health and fitness data: training history, injuries, medical conditions you disclose, body measurements, progress photos, and related information you choose to share as part of coaching (this is treated as "special category" data under GDPR and handled with extra care, see below) Nutrition data: information logged through third-party tracking apps (such as Cronometer) if you're on a plan that uses them Payment information: processed via Stripe, we do not directly store full card details Technical data: IP address, browser type, and general usage data collected automatically when you visit our website Communications: messages you send us via email, our website forms, or messaging apps used for coaching support
Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)
We only use your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so: Contract: to provide coaching services you've signed up for Consent: for health and fitness data, and for any marketing communications, you can withdraw consent at any time Legitimate interests: to improve our services, respond to enquiries, and maintain business records Legal obligation: where we're required to retain certain records (e.g. for tax purposes)

To assess your suitability for coaching during the screening/intake process To design, deliver, and adjust your training and nutrition programme To communicate with you about your coaching, including check-ins and progress reviews To process payments for coaching plans To send you free resources you've requested, and occasional marketing communications if you've opted in To maintain accurate business and financial records
Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal data. We may share it with: Third-party service providers who help us deliver coaching, such as nutrition tracking platforms (e.g. Cronometer), our website host, email provider, and payment processor Professional advisors, where necessary (accountants, legal advisors) Authorities, only where required by law Some of these providers may be based outside the EU/UK. Where that's the case, we take steps to ensure your data is protected to an equivalent standard (such as relying on providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected: Active client data is retained for the duration of coaching and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping Financial records are retained as required by law (typically 6 years in Ireland) Enquiry or screening data from people who don't go on to become clients is deleted after a reasonable period of inactivity
